Check refrigerant levels, check compressor operation, check starting amps and most cases service includes wash off the condenser unit.

Heating

Heating maintenance includes:

Inspect return air filters, check thermostat operation, inspect burners for proper combustion, check for gas leaks and carbon monoxide, inspect the heat exchanger, check the temperature rise, check all safety switches, inspect flue pipe, check for loose connections, check for clearance with combustible materials, check for air leaks, check mechanical and electrical components (blower motor, control boards, connections, flame sensors, ignitor, etc.).

Home Comfort

High efficiency units can help to substantially reduce the humidity levels in your home. Properly design ductwork will improve the air distribution, making the temperature spread out evenly through your home.

Zoning Systems

Depending on the accessibility of your home, we can convert an existing or a new system (recommended for 2 story or spread out home layouts) into a zoning system for better performance, better comfort and energy savings!

Heat Pumps

A heat pump system is the best design for your home but what is it?

During the summer, your AC components, the outside condenser unit and the blower motor inside the air handler, run at the same time to cool the house down (making your electrical bill high), but not as high as when you are running the heater on winter. For example, a  compressor on a 5 ton AC unit consumes around between 14-18 amps (equivalent: 7-9 televisions turned on). However, when you are running the electric heater, the electricity consumed is between 62 amps with a 15 kw heat kit (equivalent: 31 Televisions turned on) and 82 amps with a 20 kw heat kit (41 Televisions on) Big difference, right?

When we install a heat pump system, the condenser unit and the blower motor inside the air handler run for both AC and HEAT, meaning that the consumption of electricity will be almost equal on both summer and winter.
